What is covered

• Warranty periods apply where the product is used as intended and installed and maintained correctly.
• The workmanship warranty applies to installation completed by Floory, not to supply-only orders installed by others.
• Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water left pooling, unsuitable subfloors not prepared as recommended, or normal wear over time.
• Keep your invoice and product details, as they may be needed for any warranty claim.

Caring for your floor

• Sweep or vacuum regularly and wipe up spills.
• Use felt pads and floor protectors under furniture.
• Avoid dragging heavy items across the floor.
• Clean with a damp (not soaking) mop and a suitable floor cleaner.
