Technical specifications

Built like timber. Engineered like stone.

Floory premium hybrid flooring is an SPC and LVT hybrid: a rigid stone-based core with an attached acoustic underlay and a licensed click system, finished with a timber-look decor layer and a protective wear layer.

How a Floory plank is built

  1. UV-cured top coat for easy cleaning and durability.
  2. Wear layer (0.3mm or 0.5mm) protecting the surface from everyday traffic.
  3. High-definition decor layer for a realistic timber look.
  4. Rigid stone-based SPC core with the licensed Unilin / Uniclic click profile.
  5. Hexaflex IXPE attached acoustic underlay for comfort underfoot and sound.

Waterproof and hard-wearing

Because the core is a rigid stone polymer composite, the plank itself is 100% waterproof, which suits kitchens, hallways and busy living areas. The UV and wear layer is hard-wearing and scratch-resistant. No flooring is scratch-proof, so we recommend felt pads and floor protectors under furniture.

Floory hybrid is also tested for fire performance (B1 / B-s1), with formaldehyde not detected and no detectable phthalates or heavy metals, per supplier documentation. We can provide the relevant test reports and certificates on request.
