These terms apply to your use of the Floory website and our online estimate and quote tools. Floory is a Western Australia based hybrid flooring supply and installation business. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language and do not replace a formal contract for any work we carry out for you.
Using the website
You may use the website and quote tools to get an estimate for your own genuine flooring project. You agree not to misuse the site, the estimate tools, or our APIs, including by attempting to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, automate, or interfere with them, or by submitting false information.
Instant estimates are indicative
The Floory Instant Estimate gives you an indicative price range based on the information you enter. It is not a fixed quote or an offer. Final pricing is confirmed only after we check your details, and where relevant measure on site, including floor preparation, trims, scotia, stock, and installation details.
- Prices may change after an onsite measure or once your real measurements and site conditions are known.
- Estimates assume reasonable, standard site conditions. Additional preparation discovered on site (for example uneven subfloors, moisture, or removal complexity) may affect the price.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including area, current flooring, and access details. Estimates based on inaccurate information may not reflect the final price.
Supply only and supply and install
You can choose supply only, or supply and install. For supply only, installation and finishing are your responsibility. For supply and install, the scope we quote covers the items listed in your quote. Anything not listed is not included unless we confirm it in writing.
Product availability and stock
Colours, thicknesses, and stock are subject to availability and may change. We confirm availability for your selected product before your job proceeds.
Onsite inspection package
The optional onsite inspection package requires a deposit, currently $200 including GST. Your inspection is only booked once payment is confirmed. Where you go on to book your flooring job with Floory, the deposit is credited as described at the time of payment. The deposit covers the inspection visit and is not a payment for flooring or installation.
Installation timing
Any installation timeframe is an estimate until we confirm it with you. We do not guarantee a specific installation date until it is confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
The Floory name, branding, website content, images, and tools are owned by Floory or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Floory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on an indicative estimate. The website is provided on an "as is" basis.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our goods or services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited as permitted by that law.
